President's Message
Kenneth Courter
Dear Fellow Rotarians:
Please say a prayer for Sharon Wright and her family. Her husband recently suffered a severe stroke. He has undergone surgery and will hopefully regain many functions and a healthy recovery.
This week’s speaker in Chairperson Phyllis Randall. She inspires our community to greatness. Please invite neighbors and friends to attend Thursday.
Last week you received an invitation from ITAVB to help at the March 11th Car Seat Safety check. I hope you were able to signup.
We also sent out a notice on the April 28 Blood Drive. More on that will be shared at upcoming meetings. Our goal is 50 pints!
The Ashburn Cares/Rotary/Interact Food Drive is scheduled for the week of May 6th. We have a $10,000 goal and 10,000 pounds of food for a goal. This serves Loudoun Hunger Relief and Interact Scholarships.
See you on Thursday,

Ken Courter, President, Rotary Club of Ashburn, VA

The Four-Way Test

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings:

Of the things we think, say or do

  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
